→ Recent passport-style color photo with white background.
→ Size: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm.
→ File size: 2 MB – 20 MB.
→ Caps, hats, and dark glasses not allowed (religious headwear allowed if face visible).
Part II: Student’s Correspondence / Address
- Provide details like Address, Contact No., E-mail ID, and Aadhar Card No.
Part III: Convocation Fees, Attire, and Guests
- Choose the mode of receiving Degree: In Person or In Absentia.
- Enter number of guests accompanying you.
(Note: Two guests can accompany without extra charges. Additional guests will be charged Rs. - per person.)
