2nd CONVOCATION – ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL
We are pleased to announce that the 2nd CONVOCATION of Gandhinagar University will be held in , at Gandhinagar University Campus.

Username and Password for Student Login

  • User Name: Student ID (e.g. 24010...)
  • Password: Enter your e-Governance password
    (Default password: date of birth in ddmmyy format. If changed during your academic term, use your latest password.)

Part I: Student Information

  • Review your academic details.
  • If Required or Pending, Update your photograph by clicking “Browse” button after login.
Note:
→ Recent passport-style color photo with white background.
→ Size: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm.
→ Max File size: 2 MB.
→ Caps, hats, and dark glasses not allowed (religious headwear allowed if face visible).

Part II: Student’s Correspondence / Address

  • Provide details like Address, Contact No., Personal E-mail ID, and Aadhar Card No.

Part III: Convocation Fees, Attire, and Guests

  1. Choose the mode of receiving Degree: In Person or In Absentia.

  • Registration Fees: Rs. 5,000 /-
In-Absentia
  • Registration Fees: Rs. 5,000 /-
  • There is no postage charge for Within India

Part IV: Current Status

  • Select one: Higher Studies / Job / Start-up / Entrepreneur / Family Business / Not Decided Yet

Part V: Declaration

  • Verify all your details carefully.
  • For payment, click Submit.
    (Note: Once payment is made, status will be updated within 48 hours.)
